About this Collection
This volume collects Detective Comics #943-949, continuing the Rebirth era storyline as Batman's team faces a new threat in the form of the Victim Syndicate, a group of villains who blame the Dark Knight for the collateral damage caused by his war on crime. Written by James Tynion IV with art by Marcio Takara, Alvaro Martinez, and others, the story explores the psychological toll of vigilantism while introducing the mysterious character of the First Victim.
