While trying to prevent Ra's al Ghul from ceating another Lazarus Pit, Batman finds a document which tells how Ra's discovered the secret of the Lazarus Pits and began to become the man he now is. At the latest Lazurus Pit Talia has created for her father, Batman and Ra's struggle and tumble into the pit. When Batman emerges, there is no sign of Ra's.
