Batman and Robin #28

Part four of "The Quiet Man" arrives with one of the more quietly unsettling covers of 2026 — Nimit Malavia renders hand-carved wooden figures of Batman and Robin lying on a workbench, surrounded by wood shavings and sketched reference drawings, while an unseen craftsman's hand holds a carving blade close to the Robin figure. There's something both tender and faintly ominous about the image, the Dynamic Duo reduced to folk-art puppets under someone else's control. Johnson, Raffaele, and Maiolo bring their arc toward its conclusion with this issue, and the cover alone makes a strong case for picking it up.
