Dr. Peter Driscoll suffers from amnesia and cannot remember where he dropped a parcel with deadly microbes. Batman and Robin hopes to jog his memory by confronting him with three prisoners who served as his test subjects during the microbe research. But finding these men proves to be no easy matter: the first one stands accused of murder, the second one has gone legit and the third one is on the run.
