Batman '66 Meets the Man from U.N.C.L.E. #3

The crossover between Gotham's Caped Crusaders and television's suavest secret agents continues with issue three of this 2016 DC series, written by Jeff Parker with interior art by David Hahn and Pasquale Qualano. Michael Allred's cover is a wonderfully clever composition — a gloved hand bearing a bat-symbol ring reaches toward the visor of a space helmet, whose reflective faceplate reveals Batman, Batgirl, Robin, and a sharp-suited Man from U.N.C.L.E. agent all peering back at the viewer. It's a striking image that perfectly captures the spy-meets-superhero energy of "The Batman Affair Chapter 3: Cast a Wide Net.
