Aprovechando la pérdida de unos documentos firmados hace cien años por el gobierno y una reservación india, en la que se daba total posesión de los bosques a estos últimos; Pedro y su socio Pablo Lama intentan apoderarse y talar todo el bosque que rodea la reservación. Linterna Verde intenta hallar una copia de los documentos en la ciudad y por su parte Flecha Verde incita a la lucha disfrazándose como el fantasma de la Estrella de Ulises. En la confrontación final, Linterna Verde lucha contra Flecha Verde y los indios deciden tomar la vía legal, mientras Pablo y Pedro son apresados.
