Batgirls #11 brings the "Bat Girl Summer" arc to its third chapter, with a cover by Jorge Corona that plunges Stephanie Brown and Cassandra Cain into a swarming, chaotic crowd of bizarre, monstrous figures outside an iron gate — all beneath the glowing, unsettling visage of a masked threat looming in the background. The tagline "The Killer's Clue… at Arkham Zoo!" sets a wonderfully pulpy tone, and the issue's guest-star billing for Maps and Kyle Mizoguchi of Gotham Academy adds an extra layer of intrigue to the already lively proceedings.
