Batgirls #10

Jorge Corona's cover for Batgirls #10 sets a genuinely unsettling mood, with a cloaked figure perched atop a rooftop ledge clutching a jar, while a massive bloodshot eye looms in the crimson sky above a cityscape crawling with more disembodied eyes. Batgirl leaps into action in the lower left as two other figures watch warily from a nearby rooftop, and the tagline "An Eye for an Eye!" promises that writers Becky Cloonan and Michael W. Conrad are steering "Bat Girl Summer Part 2" somewhere wonderfully strange. With artist Neil Googe and colorist Rico Renzi handling the interiors, this 2022 chapter of the series has a lot of creative firepower behind it.
