☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis collection brings together the 2016 Bat-Mite miniseries, a lighthearted and metafictional romp through the DC Universe. The mischievous imp from the Fifth Dimension attempts to prove he's Batman's greatest fan by inserting himself into the Dark Knight's adventures, leading to chaotic encounters with allies like Robin and Booster Gold, as well as foes such as the Joker. The series blends humor with superhero action, showcasing Bat-Mite's well-meaning but disastrous attempts to help his idol.
In "Divergence Bat-Mite," the mischievous dimension-hopping imp finds himself caught between worlds after being exiled, only to get pulled into a dangerous game when Batman takes down a group of kidnappers—only for Bat-Mite to be snatched by the enigmatic Doctor Trauma. With her latest experiment involving brain transplants underway, Trauma sets her sights on Hawkman’s body, unaware of just how unpredictable her new guest might be. Written by Dan Jurgens and brought to life by Corin Howell’s dynamic art and inks, with colors by Mike Atiyeh and letters by Tom Napolitano, this 2016 issue features a cover by Corin Howell.
When Bat-Mite is banished from his dimension, he stumbles into Batman’s world and gets caught up in a kidnapping case—only to be snatched himself by the eccentric Doctor Trauma, who’s been tinkering with brain transplants and has her sights set on Hawkman’s body.
In "The Great Brain Robbery," Bat-Mite throws a wrench into Doctor Trauma’s plan when she hijacks Hawkman’s body, only for the mischievous hero to flip the switch and restore order—though not before a few unexpected alliances form. With her captives freed and chaos in motion, Bat-Mite finds himself surrounded by new companions in the midst of the madness.
In "Smiles and Frowns," Damian Wayne—ever the stoic Robin—finds himself reluctantly saved from a deathtrap by the chaotic Bat-Mite, whose antics clash hilariously with Damian’s grim demeanor. Though unimpressed at first, the absurdity of the situation eventually cracks even Damian’s serious facade, leaving him laughing long after Bat-Mite has vanished.
In "The Gold Standard," Bat-Mite and Booster Gold join forces to take down the chaotic Gridlock in a wild, high-stakes romp that blends superhero antics with absurd humor. When the dust settles, Booster’s knack for time travel comes in handy as he helps Bat-Mite sort out a surprisingly complicated situation with his roommates.
In "With 6 You Get Fudge Roll," Bat-Mite’s latest prank turns the Inferior Five into their more powerful, yet hilariously unbalanced, selves—complete with upgraded abilities and drastically altered personalities. The results are chaos, comedy, and the kind of superhero shenanigans only Bat-Mite could dream up.
