Bat-Mite #6
The final issue of this 2016 DC series sends Bat-Mite off in delightful style, with a charming clay-figure version of everyone's favorite imp leaping across a stylized nighttime cityscape — wide grin, flowing cape, and golden utility belt all intact beneath a glowing Bat-Signal. Cover artist Lesley-Anne Green brings a wonderfully playful, almost stop-motion sensibility to the image that perfectly captures the series' lighthearted spirit. With Dan Jurgens writing and Corin Howell on interior art, "Homeward Bound" looks like a fitting send-off for DC's most enthusiastic Batman superfan.
