Barbarella crash-lands in the greenhouse oasis Crystallia crater on the planet Lythion. The greenhouse produces fabulous flowers for sale throughout the galaxy. However to produce the heat and humidity needed for the flowers, hot springs have been tapped and other craters inhabitants are slowly freezing to death.
