Francesco Mattina's cover art is genuinely striking — a hooded, armored figure grips an ornate sword in the foreground while a towering, glowing-eyed armored visage looms through a fiery crimson haze behind him, the whole composition radiating ominous, quasi-religious menace. Written by David Hine with art by Guillem March, this one sets a moody stage for what looks to be a compelling chapter in Azrael's shadowed crusade.
