Thousands of New Yorkers are infected with the Venom and Carnage symbiotes. Even some of the Mighty Avengers find themselves not to be immune. The Secret Avengers arrive, unfortunately all of them except Luke Cage are infected. Iron Man heads to the Baxter Building in a bid to create an antidote. The antidote works and Iron Man heads into space to discover the source is one of Doctor Doom's devices.
