The third chapter of this 2007 five-part Marvel limited series puts "the next generation of Earth's Mightiest Heroes" right in the thick of battle, with cover art by Mike Wieringo and Sean Parsons showcasing a silver-armored figure at center trading blows with a helmeted opponent while Captain America winds up with his shield in the background and a blue-haired young hero crouches in the foreground. The dynamic composition captures a team under pressure, debris flying and energy crackling around them as each member holds their own corner of the fight. With Tom DeFalco writing and Ron Lim on interior art, this series continues its energetic torch-passing to Marvel's next wave of heroes.
