Atomic Mouse encounters an alien invasion threat and works with government officials to stop destructive tests being conducted on Earth. After successfully halting the alien menace, the grateful citizens of Guppy-Wog City declare Atomic Mouse their representative. The issue also includes a backup story, "Pepito the Silent One," in which a lovesick Mexican character named Pepito attempts to win back his beloved Rosalita with the help of a local matchmaker, and a comedic short featuring Atomic Mouse dealing with a mule during a derby race.
