Atomic Mouse encounters a ghostly figure and a haunted house in snowy terrain, initially frightened but eventually discovering it's not a genuine ghost. In the main story, "The Count's Sister," Atomic Mouse travels to stop the wicked Count and his shadow from flooding the sea, but when the Count's sister takes over his schemes while he's away, she plots to rob a bank. Atomic Mouse manages to hold back the sea by himself and thwarts the sister's bank robbery, ultimately saving the day through his atomic powers.
