Atomic Mouse battles Count Gatto in "Secret of the Phantom Fleet," where the super-powered rodent pursues the villain through space, using orange juice as fuel to navigate the Milky Way and thwart Gatto's escape attempt. In a secondary story titled "Professor Invento—Pilling the Bills," the Professor works on a mechanical valet invention while discussing his revolutionary gadgets. The issue also features a "Count Gatto" story in which the villain argues with his henchman about dinner preparations and the crime business.
