Atomic Attack! #8

"Expedition Meat Chopper" follows two American commandos who fight desperately to escape enemy territory after infiltrating a Red island to gather intelligence on a new Nazi secret weapon. When they attempt their escape by submarine, volcanic activity erupts on the island, triggering a catastrophic explosion that destroys the entire island of Palau. As the two soldiers make their way to shore and signal for rescue, they are attacked by enemy patrols but manage to reach a submarine that carries them to safety. After their successful rescue, the pilot "Farley" is awarded the "Jet Jockey Egg Beater Award" by jet pilots who recognize his and his partner's valor.
