Artifacts #16

Part three of the "New Creation" arc in Top Cow's Artifacts brings this striking cover from Stjepan Šejić, showing a towering, skeletal figure crackling with molten red energy looming behind a dark-haired woman draped in a hooded jacket, a red gem at her throat. The contrast between the two figures — one radiating menace, the other composed but clearly caught in something dangerous — gives the image a tense, almost cinematic pull. Ron Marz and Šejić are clearly building toward something consequential in this corner of the Top Cow Universe.
