# "The Weapons Man!" During a mountain operation against Nazi forces, PFC Olenchek and his squad discover a Tiger tank blocking their path. A flamethrower successfully destroys the vehicle, but Olenchek discovers he failed to fire his rifle during the combat. When confronted by his sergeant about his inaction, Olenchek reveals his weapon's safety was stuck, preventing him from firing. Wracked with guilt over nearly causing his comrades' deaths through equipment failure, Olenchek struggles with shame even after his squad leader acknowledges that he saved them by using the flamethrower effectively.
