Army of Two #4

The fourth and final chapter of "Across the Border" arrives with a cover by Chester Ocampo that's genuinely arresting — a mercenary in a skull-faced tactical mask is rendered almost entirely in deep crimson, pistol in hand, his profile taut with quiet menace. Peter Milligan's script gets interior support from artist Dexter Soy, inker José Marzán Jr., and a full lettering team, making this IDW/EA Comics collaboration a polished mature-readers package. If you've been following Salem and Rios through this arc, issue #4 is the place where the tension promised on that blood-red cover is finally due to pay off.
