Army of Darkness #4

Two figures — a man armed with a shotgun and a woman wielding dual chainsaws — stand back-to-back as they face down a towering, multi-headed deadite horror that dominates the blood-red sky above them. It's a genuinely striking image: the sheer scale of the writhing, screaming creature against the determined stance of the two fighters gives the cover a real sense of dread and bravado in equal measure. Dynamite's 2012 run of Army of Darkness delivers the franchise's signature blend of supernatural menace and scrappy human defiance, and issue #4 looks like no exception.
