Arion, Lord of Atlantis #30

Issue #30 kicks off "The Magic Odyssey" with a cover by Jan Duursema that sets the stage beautifully — Arion stands tall with a glowing crystal pulsing in one hand and a sword raised high in the other, his red cape sweeping behind him against a backdrop of Atlantis's soaring spires. Crouched at his side is a blue-haired woman in white and green, dagger in hand and clearly ready for whatever lies ahead. Framed by ornate golden borders alive with Egyptian-inspired motifs, this April 1985 issue promises a sweeping sorcerous adventure worthy of the Lord of Atlantis himself.
