Archie's Pal Jughead Comics #130

Jughead Jones is never short on big ideas, and this September 2000 issue puts his latest stroke of genius front and center — the "Ice Beanie," a frozen crown-shaped hat melting gloriously all over his grinning face. Betty and Veronica look on from a low stone wall with wonderfully skeptical expressions, fan in hand, suggesting Jughead's solution to the summer heat may be more entertaining than effective.
