Archie's Pal Jughead #42

Jun 1957 · Archie · 0.10 USD
“Exercise Caution!”

In "Exercise Caution!", Jughead's latest prank takes a clever twist when he feeds Reggie a stack of old tests—complete with his friend's own wrong answers—hoping to sabotage the mid-term. But Reggie turns the tables with a devious swap, slipping Jughead a decades-old exam that looks brand new. The real surprise? Miss Grundy pulls the same test from the archives, leaving Jughead to unexpectedly ace the exam. Bill Vigoda's art brings the schoolhouse shenanigans to life, while Harry Lucey's cover captures the chaos in classic Archie style.

Jughead tricks Reggie by giving him copies of all Reggie's old tests to study for the mid-term exam, complete with Reggie's wrong answers. Reggie gets him back by finding a 20-year-old test and changing it to look like the current year. He gives it to Reggie as a copy of the current mid-term exam. Miss Grundy happens to dig up the same test for their mid-term and Jughead passes with a perfect score.
