Oct 1965 · Archie · 0.12 USD
“The Price of Peace”

In "The Price of Peace," Jughead’s attempt to wind down enough for a good night’s sleep spirals into a whirlwind of accidental chaos—swatting Archie, splashing boys, and sending Reggie tumbling into a mud puddle—before a crowd’s passing rush finally leaves him too tired to move. Written by Frank Doyle and brought to life with energetic art by Samm Schwartz, this 1965 classic captures Jughead’s uniquely chaotic path to rest. The cover, by Bill Vigoda, perfectly frames the mayhem in motion.
