“Buzz Words”

In "Buzz Words," Little Archie is all in on his frog farm dream, leaving Elvis the frog as collateral for a go-kart he’s too excited to drive. Ronnie steps in to help when the kart gets wrecked, buying Elvis back to save the day. But when Little Archie finally gets his frog back, he notices something unexpected—something that makes him reconsider the whole boys-vs-girls thing. Written and drawn by Bob Bolling, this charming slice of small-town life features a classic touch from cover artists Dan DeCarlo, all in a 2012 Double Digest edition.

Little Archie has no time for Ronnie's attempts to get him interested in dating and dancing; he wants to start a "frog farm" with Elvis the frog. But when he wrecks a go-kart after leaving Elvis as a deposit, it's Ronnie who buys the frog back for Little Archie. And after Little Archie gets Elvis back, he sees something that makes him think that boys might need girls after all.
