“You're Drive-In-Me Crazy! part 1, 2, and 3”

In "You're Drive-In-Me Crazy! part 1, 2, and 3," the gang rallies to save their beloved local drive-in from being replaced by a multiplex, rallying around Viv Voodoo, a nostalgic film star, to host a final festival. As J.D., the land developer, works behind the scenes to sabotage the event, tensions rise and the fate of the drive-in hangs in the balance. Written by Bill Golliher and Dan Parent, with art by both and inks by Henry Scarpelli, this 1992 issue captures the charm of small-town nostalgia with a dash of playful sabotage—complete with a cover by Dan Parent and Bill Golliher.
