When Mr. Lodge finds out the garden club can’t meet at his home because of the mess, he surprisingly rewards the boys for their (unintended) efforts. Written by George Gladir and brought to life with classic flair by Stan Goldberg (art) and Mike Esposito (inker), this 1994 digest tale captures the usual chaos with a sweet, unexpected twist. The cover, penciled by Goldberg and inked by Henry Scarpelli, perfectly captures the lighthearted spirit of the story.
