Katy tries to impress by pretending to take important calls on a phone that’s not even plugged in, only to be caught off guard when a waiter notices the ruse.
In "null," Katy’s fortune takes a delightfully absurd turn when Swami Rivah prophesies she’ll star opposite a famous male movie star—only to reveal the star is none other than Laddie, her collie, in a hilariously whimsical twist of fate.
In the dusty frontier of 1959’s Archie Annual #25, the story titled "null" follows Nevada, a man reluctant to take up arms, until he learns that the rustlers who stole Jeff’s horses also killed a cherished bear cub named Fuzzy. Driven by justice and loss, Nevada sets out to track them down, following their trail through the rugged landscape. When he finally confronts the outlaw leader, the man taunts him with a boast—only to be chased off a cliff, vanishing into the canyon below.
