“Mini-Moose”

The far-future Riverdale gang tumbles through a zero-gravity ride in this fourth issue of Archie 3000, and cover artist Rex W. Lindsey captures the chaos perfectly — a green-faced Jughead floats upside-down moaning about airsickness while a horrified Archie pleads with him to hold it together, as Veronica, Betty, and a tiny companion scramble helplessly around them. The futuristic carnival setting, complete with pastel domes and alien flora in the background, gives the whole scene a wonderfully goofy sci-fi energy. If you've ever wondered what the Archie crew would look like stranded in a 30th-century amusement park, issue #4 makes a very entertaining case.
