Meanwhile, Arthur and Manta press on with a covert mission that brings them back to the underwater kingdom, where the stakes are higher than ever.

With Arthur, Mera, Jackson, and Black Manta awaiting news, the fragile calm shatters when Arthur is summoned to a Justice League emergency—only to learn soon after that the League itself has fallen.
