Jackson and Arthur track Black Manta to Paris where they find him with a dead body. Jackson assumes he killed the man, but Arthur tells Jackson that Manta is working with him. Jackson feels betrayed by this and returns to Atlantis with the body to consult with Mera, Garth, and Tula. Meanwhile, Arthur and Manta continue on their secret mission to investigate a new threat, which also leads them back to Atlantis.
