“Deep Trouble”

In "Deep Trouble," Aquaman ventures to the ruined city of Tritonis, only to find it devastated by Kordax and the Poseidonians. With help from the freed Tritonians and a decisive victory by Garth over Koryak, Aquaman rallies the remaining undersea heroes, uniting them under Atlan’s leadership for a common cause. Written by Peter David and illustrated by Martin Egeland and Derec Aucoin, with inks by Howard M. Shum, colors by Tom McCraw, and letters by Albert DeGuzman, the cover by Egeland and Shum captures the underwater tension perfectly.
