This Brazilian Portuguese volume collects the Comedian storyline from the Before Watchmen series, focusing on the cynical and violent government operative's past before the events of the original Watchmen. A standalone story titled "Sorria" from the 2013 Panini Brasil anthology Antes de Watchmen #5 features the characters of the Watchmen universe, crafted by writers Brian Azzarello, Jotapê Martins, and Bernardo Santana, with art by J. G. Jones, who also handled inking, and coloring by Alex Sinclair, with lettering by Donizeti Amorim. The cover, also by J. G. Jones, presents a striking visual of the story’s mood.
