“Theme Park Buttons”

A day at the theme park takes a delightfully chaotic turn in this December 1999 issue of Animaniacs, featuring the Pinky and the Brain cast alongside the broader Warner gang. The cover — penciled by Leonardo Batic and inked by Horacio Ottolini — puts a jittery, wide-eyed dog front and center on a roller coaster structure while a gleeful blonde girl reaches up toward a floating green balloon, with tiny riders cresting the coaster's peak in the background. It's a perfectly breezy snapshot of amusement-park mayhem that fits the "Theme Park Buttons" story inside to a tee.
