Animaniacs #16
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe Warner siblings — Yakko, Wakko, and Dot — are stepping into the wrestling ring for an "All-Out Title Bout!" on this August 1996 issue of Animaniacs, squaring off against a pair of hulking, outlandish pro-wrestler opponents in classic Saturday-morning-meets-squared-circle style. The cover, penciled by Walter Carzon and inked by Khato, captures the chaotic energy perfectly: Dot is already in the ring looking fierce, while Yakko and Wakko peer over the ropes, and one of the massive wrestlers leans in with an enormous fist. With a story called "Wrestlemaniacs" and a cover promising "pulse-pounding, fist-flying, fist-roaring action," this issue delivers the Animaniacs brand of irreverent, self-aware humor in full force.
