Rufus gets caught up in a town-wide water shortage, and after a series of misadventures—from hiding a water gun to accidentally breaking the city water main—he catches wind of the Mayor's $50,000 reward for anyone who can make it rain. What follows is a wild chain of failed schemes involving yoga, jungle voodoo drumming, and increasingly elaborate rainmaking contraptions, each one backfiring in slapstick fashion. By the time Rufus finally gets his moment to impress the Mayor and the whole town, nature has other plans.
In "Buried Treasure," Spunky convinces Dudley to dig in the garden, promising a share of the loot if he finds the buried treasure. Dudley strikes pay dirt—literally—unearthing a chest, only to be confronted by the spectral claimant: the ghost of Pirate Pete.
Drooley settles in for a lazy morning of fishing, rigging up his line in an unconventional way so he can catch some breakfast while he naps. What could possibly go wrong when a fishing line is tied to your toe?
