Angel Catbird #[nn]
In this 2018 issue from Glénat, Margaret Atwood and Isabelle Bauthian team up with Johnnie Christmas and Tamra Bonvillain for a wild, hybrid-powered adventure. When scientist Strig Feleedus is transformed into a human/cat/owl hybrid after a crash, he discovers a hidden world of half-cat people—and uncovers a sinister plot by the rat-like Dr. Muroid, who's using a super-splicer serum to build an army of rat-human hybrids. The cover by Johnnie Christmas captures the surreal, high-stakes energy of this inventive, creature-filled story.
