Analog #4

The fourth issue of Image's Analog carries the tension of a clandestine meeting right on its cover, where a broad-shouldered man in a trench coat sits at a dimly lit table, a briefcase in hand and a mechanical bulldog perched nearby, while an armored figure looms to his left and a young woman sits across from him. Two men linger watchfully in the background, giving the whole scene the charged atmosphere of a deal that could go sideways at any moment. David O'Sullivan's painterly linework, colored beautifully by Mike Spicer, makes this 2018 series feel like the noir thriller you didn't know you needed.
