In "The plague had struck the Lonkalo Kraal...", a young woman named Ann and a group of white doctors, including Prof. Pringall and his wife, find themselves caught in the chaos of a tribal village gripped by fear. When witch doctor N'Dala blames the outsiders for a deadly illness, the Lonkalo chief rallies his people to attack, but Ka’a’nga stands between them and the doctors, ultimately revealing the truth behind the deception.
