This anthology issue features multiple superhero stories. In one story, a criminal obtains pharmaceuticals and hotel information to plan a bank robbery, but is foiled when caught with a gun by authorities. In a Doc Strange story, the villain Virginia commandeers a ship and plots revenge against Doc by placing tornadoes and twin new-senborb swords to trap him, but Doc escapes the deadly waters and destroys the vessel before Virginia can complete her plan. The Governor broadcasts an appeal for Americans to help harvest vital foodstuffs to supply Allied Russia, prompting citizens from all walks of life—doctors, lawyers, butchers, and mothers—to unite for the harvesting effort to support the cause of liberty.
