The Parker family is in serious trouble on this striking cover by Ryan Stegman — Spider-Man and a smaller spider-suited figure (braids visible beneath her mask) hang bound and helpless in heavy chains above a bubbling pit of lava, dangled by a hulking, monstrous villain who looms menacingly to their left. It's a genuinely tense image, with the cave setting, scattered skulls, and steaming heat below making the stakes feel very real. Gerry Conway's "Brawl in the Family" arc reaches its fourth chapter here, and Stegman's cover — brought to vivid, scorched life by colorists Sonia Oback and Jesus Aburtov — promises that things are about to get much worse before they get better.
