☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis Epic Collection volume reprints a key stretch of Amazing Spider-Man issues from the late 1960s, centering on Peter Parker's confrontations with the Green Goblin and the Kingpin. It includes the classic story where the Goblin discovers Spider-Man's secret identity, leading to a dramatic showdown, alongside other memorable tales featuring the Rhino and Mysterio. This is a new printing of the collection originally released in 2014, part of Marvel's line of comprehensive trade paperbacks covering the web-slinger's early adventures.
In "The Parents of Peter Parker!", Spider-Man is pushed to his limits as he hides a crucial tablet and faces off against the vengeful Kingpin, whose jailbreak sets the stage for a brutal confrontation. When Jonah Jameson’s rage escalates and Ned Leeds intervenes, a mysterious woman in a car pulls the Kingpin away—leaving Spider-Man to confront the fallout, including a shocking collapse from Jameson that leaves the web-slinger questioning his own actions. Written by Stan Lee and John Romita, with art by John Romita and Jim Mooney, and a cover by John Romita, this gripping issue blends high-stakes action with personal turmoil.
