Spider-Man, Deadpool and Hulk fall through a dimensional portal and find themselves confronted by their alternate selves from another universe. Spider-Man discovers that, in this reality, Peter Parker is the Amazing Spider, a hero with endless wealth and power. The Spider is ailing from a mysterious malady so Spider-Man takes his place and revels in this ideal life. Things turn sour, however, as his Uncle Ben turns out to be a tyrant who has pushed his nephew to be a powerful hero by pulling Spider-Man counterparts from alternate dimensions and sucking the life out of them.
