Tippy has escaped from the clutches of the evil queen and entered a realm where he is greatly reduced from his normal size. He comes upon a village where everyone is frozen in time. A talking caterpillar tells him they are under a spell cast by an evil witch, and that he should go to the witch's house and get the antidote. While still searching, the witch returns and senses his presence.
