Tippy has completed the quest set upon him by the wizard and is wondering how to return to the underground castle, when Mr. Doaks, a giant winged bird of his acquaintance appears and flies him there. Using the three artifacts brought back by Tip, the wizard males up a formula to inject into his inanimate robot creations and thereby bring them to life. The creation of multiple robots continues, but one, a female named Electra, forments revolution within the robot ranks.
