On his deathbed a dying amusement park owner warns his son about something evil occurring at the site of a destroyed fun house that was once a part of the park. That night the son goes to investigate the area and sees large groups of people marching towards the ruins. (The ruins feature a giant demon head on a crumbling cliffside). It turns out that a fortune teller who worked for the father is using the ruins as a base to amass followers through hypnosis. Eventually an earthquake occurs destroying the fortune teller and what is left of the ruins.
