Mary Jane Watson steps into the spotlight — and straight onto a very unusual film set. The cover, penciled and inked by Humberto Ramos, places MJ center stage in a flowing red dress, script in hand and clearly mid-argument, while Mysterio lounges in the director's chair with his fishbowl helmet and purple cape, megaphone at the ready and a crew of eerie background figures milling about a green-screen soundstage. Writer Leah Williams and artist Carlos Gómez bring a wonderfully offbeat premise to this 2020 series — Hollywood glamour colliding head-on with Marvel villainy, and MJ looks like she's absolutely not having it.
