James Jean's cover art crackles with kinetic energy as Scorpion fends off a crowd of aggressive, tattooed assailants, delivering a glowing energy strike to one while others claw and lunge from the edges of the composition. Fred Van Lente and Leonard Kirk continue "Motherless Country" inside, and if this cover is any indication, Madripoor is proving to be every bit as dangerous as its reputation suggests.
